A written inquiry shall include the addressee’s name — Federal Agency for Tourism, as well as surname, first name and patronymic of the citizen who sent the inquiry, mail address for sending reply or notification of readdressing of inquiry, description of the substance of the proposal, application or complaint, personal signature, and date.
In order to support any grounds described in the inquiry, documents, materials or their copies may be attached, if necessary.
Inquiries containing foul or offensive language, threats to the life, health and property of officials of the Federal Agency for Tourism, as well as to that of their families, shall not be considered.
The text of an inquiry shall be written in accurate and legible handwriting and be readable, or typewritten.
